In a thrilling display of resilience and teamwork, three talented young girls from Kirkcaldy Youth Rugby represented their club with pride as part of the East of Scotland Trojans select squad at the U16 level. The Trojans faced a formidable Currie side and, despite a tough start that saw them fall behind early, the team rallied to secure a nail-biting victory, winning by just one point.

The comeback was sealed in dramatic fashion as Isla stormed down the wing, powering into the corner to score in the late stages of the match, lifting the Trojans to a hard-fought win. The Kirkcaldy trio played pivotal roles in the squad's success, with their contributions in the central areas keeping the team competitive throughout the contest.

It was particularly exciting to see Lucy back in action after a spell on the sidelines. Her presence added strength to the squad and was key to maintaining the Trojans' forward momentum. Sadly, Leia had to leave the game early with a suspected concussion, but her early impact was felt, and everyone is hopeful she will be back on the pitch soon.
