The Mens teams offer an exciting mix of experienced players and young talent, developed all the way from the wee blues. Both team play in national leagues, with the 1st team in National 2, while the 2s play in the Caledonian Divisions.

The Womens
KRFC was one of the first clubs in Scotland to create a women’s side, 30 years ago, this season. Several of the players have won international honours.

The Youths (Ages 12-18)
We focus on encouraging more children, from to take up rugby and continue to play through their teenage years and beyond.

The Wee Blues
Getting a child into Rugby from an early age helps them develop essential social skills many children miss out on. The new tech age is upon us and everywhere you look you see a child holding a mobile, The Kirkcaldy Rugby Football Club family would rather they were holding a rugby ball.

Zingari (35+)
An exciting mix of experienced players and new comers over the age of 35, dedicated to showing off their skills and proving that you're never too old to start playing Rugby.
